  1. I have no problem saying no. Not at all.
    I know my limits, and even more important: you won’t like me when I’ve reached them. so, best for both of us that you just let me say no. the good part is, I will always always help with what I feel I am able to, and it does take quite a bit for me to reach that limit.
    Sorry couldn’t join today — hubby arrived this week at my mom’s where we have been staying, and I had not seen him all week. He kinda wants my attention 😉
    I’ll try to think of some statements for you.

    1. RoryBore – enjoy the hubby. I need to learn from you. I am not fun to be around either when I am too overloaded yet I still say yes to doing more

    1. William- yes, maybe. But if you work out in the am you don’t feel bad about over indulging the night before
